At Aquinas Engineering, we like to keep things simple. We always have a work plan and break each project into small milestones or checkpoints. This gives us more control and the opportunity to get back on track if we encounter an obstacle. From our first contact with the client to the submittal date, we maintain a transparent and efficient process to achieve our goals. We always pursue to meet our client’s budget and lead time.

Initial Contact with Client
During our first contact with the client, we learn about the project, and then we establish the scope of work and provide our quote and lead time.
Gather all Required Information
Once the scope of work, quote, and lead time are settled, we gather all the project information relevant to our scope of work.
Progress Reports to Client
Communicate to the client any design changes as work progresses. This helps our client to prevent project delays.
Submittal Date
During this last phase, we submit our formal set of calculations and drawings pertaining to the scope of work.
